Physiotherapist
Rebecca is a passionate and dedicated physiotherapist who brings experience from both the NHS and elite sports to Glasgow City Physiotherapy. She is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care that helps people move better, recover from injury, and regain confidence in their bodies.
After graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Glasgow Caledonian University, Rebecca gained broad clinical experience working in NHS Scotland across neurology, stroke rehabilitation, community care, and musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy. She has also worked in private practice, where she has treated a wide variety of conditions using manual therapy, tailored exercise programmes, and patient education.
Rebecca’s background in elite sport sets her apart. She has worked with players from Hibernian Academy, St Johnstone’s Men’s First Team, and Rangers Academy, providing injury prevention, acute injury management, and return-to-play rehabilitation. This sports physiotherapy experience gives her a strong foundation in treating musculoskeletal injuries and helping clients—from athletes to everyday patients—achieve peak performance and long-term recovery.
With additional training in sports massage, taping, acupuncture, and pitch-side first aid, Rebecca combines hands-on treatment with evidence-based exercise prescription. She is known for her approachable nature, clear communication, and ability to adapt treatments to each individual’s needs.
Whether you’re managing back pain, recovering from injury, or aiming to perform at your best, Rebecca’s goal is to provide effective, personalised care that gets you moving well again.
