Jade graduated from Strathclyde University with a first class honours degree in Sport and Physical Exercise in June 2022. Whilst studying she excelled in subjects which covered physiology, sports injury and rehabilitation and this lead to her becoming qualified as a massage therapist. Jade subsequently shadowed physiotherapists at Glasgow City Physiotherapy to aid her development and started working at GCP in June 2022.

In her own time Jade has represented Scotland for sprints and hurdles winning various Scottish championships as she progressed through the age groups. Jade still trains and competes to a high level, whilst at the same time enjoying coaching young athletes since 2017 at Victoria Park City of Glasgow. Professionally Jade is currently working towards her level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
