Cliona Diamond

Cliona has been working within the clinic since 2017. In this time, she has worked with a range of patients, from those competing at an elite level of sport to people just wanting to start jogging or complete an occasional park run. Her passion for health, exercise and fitness is clearly identifiable in her treatment as she always aims to get her patients back to their normal activity and training.

In 2021, Cliona joined the NHS on a part time basis as a specialist Woman’s Health Physiotherapist. There, she works with pregnant women and women who are struggling with pelvic floor dysfunction. Cliona is keen to take these newly developed skills back into the sporting world to help women who have had children continue and return to the sport they love, and to assist women who’s activity and lifestyle are being affected by their pelvic floor.

Cliona’s sporting background is within Triathlon and running. She is a Level 2 Triathlon coach and has experience coaching a range of different ages and abilities. She has a particular soft sport for treating triathletes and runners, and enjoys helping patients return to competition after their injury.
